Some landowners have asked us not to land or take off in certain places. There are often issues with grazing animals and some difficulties have been due to bad behaviour in the past. Part of the club's function is to maintain and to try and rebuild relationships with landowners so, as part of these efforts, we ask that you please respect these areas and do everything you can to avoid upsetting others.

If you're forced to land in these areas and are approached by anyone, please be polite, apologise and pack up as quickly and unobtrusively as possible. Most people will respond well to a polite and calm conversation. Don't launch into a debate about the legalities of emergency landings etc- save this for any brushes with the law!
